All returns or exchanges require a receipt. No refunds or exchanges of worn/used merchandise unless it has a manufacturer’s defect. All refunds and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Products ordered through the Cheyenne Frontier Days Gift Store website are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery options:

USPS Ground (7-10 days)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is approximately 2 business days.

Taxes:

Sales Tax is charged when the point of delivery is in Wyoming. Food products will not be taxed.
